The rewind spring is under high tension when the dispensing hose isextended. This may cause reel to rapidly rotate in reverse.NOTEDiscard mandatory replacement parts.a.Remove nuts (1), lockwashers (2), screws (3) and flat washers (4).b.Remove static discharge reel assembly (5) from frame (6).INSTALLATIONa.Position static reel assembly (5) on frame (6) and aline mounting holes.b.Install screws (3), flat washers (4), lockwashers (2) and nuts (1). Torque to 50 - 55 ft.-lbs. (67.8 -74.6 Nm).c.Pull cable (7) all the way out and check to see that it rewinds fully. onto static discharge reel (5).4-18
