Pull cutting handle (figure 3, item 1) on tool to cut banding (figure 3, item 3).
j.
Remove tool while holding banding (figure 3, item 3) stud down on buckle with thumb.
k.
Clinch end of banding (figure 3, item 3) by hammering down taps of buckle over banding (figure
3, item 3) stud.
l.
Repeat step 1 above for the second band.
