MALFUNCTION
TEST OR INSPECTION
CORRECTIVE ACTION
1. Engine won't crank.
Step 1. Perform Procedure 1 as
described in WP 0008 00.
Step 2. Examine battery cable(s)
Tighten connections of battery
(1) connection at starter (2),
cable(s) at starter and battery
engine mount (3) and battery
terminals. If cables show
terminals. Check for corrosion.
corrosion, clean and reinstall.
Step 3. Inspect and test ignition
Replace key switch (5) as
wires (4). Look for loose or
described in WP 0027 00.

If condition persists, notify direct
support maintenance.
