WARNING
Ensure tank has been steam cleaned in as described in WP 0018 00 before
attempting any repairs inside the tank. Wear personnel protective clothing, hardhat,
and breathing mask. Post a second person outside the tank at all times during
entry.
When working inside wastewater tank, wear gloves, apron, eye protection and
respirator to prevent serious illness due to contamination.
Contact local safety office and obtain a confined space entry permit before entering
the tank in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.46 in addition to any local requirements.
