Step 1.
Inspect for blockage of cooling air to cooling fan.
Clean and clear blockage as required.
Step 2 .
Inspect for broken, missing, or loose V-belts.
Tighten V-belts (paragraph 2.21.12).
Replace V-belts (paragraph 2.21.12).
Step 3.
Inspect for broken or damaged cooling air blower.
Replace cooling air blower (paragraph 2.21.39).
Step 4.
Change oil and oil filter.
