While engine is sitting level, unscrew, remove,
and clean dipstick (1) with a lint-free cloth (Item
6, Appendix E, Section II).
Install dipstick (1) on oil filler tube (2), but do
not screw in dipstick (1).
Add or drain oil until oil level is at top mark "H"
on dipstick (1).
Install dipstick (1) by screwing into oil filler tube
(2). Tighten securely.

Fuel Filter
The fuel filter must be replaced semiannually,
or every 1000 hours. Clean fuel cock while
replacing fuel filter (para 4-20).

Check for leaks on fuel injection pipe (1) and
fittings.
