Avoid repeated andprolonged breathing of vapors and skin contact with theliquid. Do not use near open flame, arcing equipment, orother ignition sources. Always wear eye protection andprotective clothing. The flash point of P-D-68° is 100°Fto 138°F (38°C to 59°C).Death or serious injury could occur if compressed air isdirected against the skin. Do not use compressed air forcleaning or drying unless the pressure is/has been reducedto 30 psi (2.06 bar) or less. When working withcompressed air always use chip guards, eye protection,and other personal equipment.1Clean cold start assist (1) and closing plug (2) with dry cleaning solvent and dry with low pressure compressedair.2Inspect cold start assist (1) and closing plug (2) for rust, corrosion, or other damage. Replace damagedcomponents.INSTALLATION:1Lubricate preformed packings (3) with grease and install into preformed packing groove of closing plug (2).2Install cold start assist (1) by sliding the looped end of the closing plug (2) and washer (4) over cold start assistand screwing it into the cylinder head.4-20
