Avoid repeated and prolongedbreathing of vapors and skin contact with the liquid. Do notuse near open flame, arcing equipment, or other Ignitionsources. Always wear eye protection and protectiveclothing. The flash point of P-D-680 is 100°F to 138°F(38°C to 59°C).Death or serious injury could occur if compressed air isdirected against the skin. Do not use compressed air forcleaning or drying unless the pressure is/has been reducedto 30 psi (2.06 bar) or less. When working with compressedair always use chip guards, eye protection, and otherpersonal equipment.1Clean oil seal components with dry cleaning solvent and dry with compressed air.2Inspect all components for damage or excessive wear. Replace any components severely damaged or worn.INSTALLATION:1Install oil seal (5) into support (1).2Fill groove of oil seal (5) with grease.3Lubricate new preformed packing (4) with grease and install i in preformed packing groove in support.4Install support (1) onto crankshaft with two security plates (2) and four hexagon head cap screws (3).6-20
