Avoid repeated and prolonged breathing of vapors and skincontact with the liquid. Do not use near open flame, arcing equipment, orother ignition sources. Always wear eye protection and protective clothing.The flash point of P-D-680 is 100°F to 138°F (38°C to 59°C).Death or serious injury could occur if compressed air is directed against theskin. Do not use compressed air for cleaning or drying unless the pressureis/has been reduced to 30 psi (2.06 bar) or less. When working withcompressed air always use chip guards, eye protection, and other personalequipment.1Clean flywheel thoroughly with dry cleaning solvent. Use wire brush if necessary.2Dry flywheel with compressed air.3Inspect flywheel for cracks, rust, corrosion or other damage.4Replace damaged or cracked flywheel.5Clean blower ring thoroughly with dry cleaning solvent. Use a soft-bristle brush to clean blower ring blades.6Dry blower ring with compressed air.7Inspect blower ring for cracks and other damage.8If blower ring blades are damaged, cracked, or chipped, replace blower ring.9Smooth out nicks or burrs on flywheel and blower ring. Remove rust or corrosion, then clean with dry cleaning solvent.10Dry with compressed air.5-35
