Repair slight scoring according torepair procedure. Replace damaged piston.3K piston is badly worn or damaged, check cylinder forexcessive out-of-round, high spots, or other damagein accordance with paragraph 5-11.4Measure piston diameter (1) along axis A and B. Anormal or new piston diameter should be 2.8724inches (72.96 mm). If piston is out-of-round, replacepiston.5-31
