5-9. TANK AND PUMP UNIT FRAME WELDING REPAIRS
Make certain the frame is free of dirt, oil, grease, or other foreign matter, and bare metal is exposed for
welding. Remove necessary components before welding.
5-10. TANK AND PUMP UNIT FRAME
The frame is of welded, extruded aluminum construction and should require a minimum of
maintenance. Repair of the frame consists of repair or replacement of damaged parts.
a. Removal. Refer to paragraph 5-8 for procedures to remove the A-frame.
