5. ENGINE CONSUMES EXCESSIVE LUBE OIL (MAY PRODUCE BLUE SMOKE)
Step 1. Check for leaking oil pan gasket.
If oil pan gasket is leaking, tighten bolts to 10 to 20 ft lb (14 to 27 Nm) in the sequence shown.
