Remove butterfly valve handle (Figure 2, Item 6) from butterfly valve (Figure 2, Item 7).
NOTE
If ball valve handle is damaged, perform Step (5).
Note position of handle prior to removal to ensure proper installation.

Remove flange nut (Figure 3, Item 12) and ball valve handle (Figure 3, Item 10) from ball valve (Figure 3, Item
11). Discard lockwasher.
