Remove two pins (Figure 1, Item 3) from brackets (Figure 1, Item 4).

Remove safety pin (Figure 1, Item 2) from pin (Figure 1, Item 6).

Remove pin (Figure 1, Item 6) from bracket (Figure 1, Item 7) and ladder (Figure 1, Item 1).
5.
Lower ladder (Figure 1, Item 1).

Remove engine oil dipstick (Figure 2, Item 1) from engine oil dipstick tube (Figure 2, Item 4).

Using cleaning cloth, wipe engine oil dipstick (Figure 2, Item 1).
8.
Install engine oil dipstick (Figure 2, Item 1) in engine oil dipstick tube (Figure 2, Item 4).
