LOW BATTERY VOLTAGE - PAC
SYMPTOM
Battery VOLTS gauge reads low or low battery voltage warning light illuminated with compressor unit running.
MALFUNCTION
Battery requires charging.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
NOTE
Alternator may require a longer period of time to adequately charge batteries if
compressor unit has not been started for an extended period of time or if ambient
temperature is 32F (0C) or below.
1.
Start compressor unit and allow to run for a minimum of 10 minutes (Volume 1, WP 0059).
2.
Verify if battery VOLTS gauge reads 22 to 28 volts (Figure 1).
