If grounding clamp is not properly positioned on work piece, properly attach to work piece.
Verify if weld output is normal (Volume 1, WP 0011).
b.
If grounding clamp is properly positioned on work piece, proceed to next MALFUNCTION -
Weld cables have excessive coils.

Verify weld cables do not have excessive coils.
a.
If excessive coils are found, remove excessive coils.
b.
If excessive coils are not found, notify maintenance.
