SYMPTOM
Low weld output.
MALFUNCTION
Correct welding settings are not selected.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Verify correct settings are selected for welding (Volume 1, WP 0011).
a.
If correct settings are selected, proceed to next MALFUNCTION - Air filter dirty.
b.
If correct settings are not selected, select correct weld settings (Volume 1, WP 0011).
MALFUNCTION
Air filter dirty.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Remove air filter and verify if air filter is dirty (WP 0212).
a.
If air filter is dirty, service air filter (WP 0212).
b.
If air filter is not dirty, notify maintenance.
