LEVELING JACKS STOWAGE - Continued
WARNING
Do not put hands near leveling jack while retracting. Hands can be pinched or crushed.
Failure to comply may result in injury or death to personnel. Seek medical attention in the
event of an injury.
2.
Pull and hold lockpin (Figure 12, Item 4) and allow spring loaded foot (Figure 12, Item 5) to raise. Release
lockpin.
3.
Fold crank handle (Figure 12, Item 7) and stow into bracket (Figure 12, Item 3).
4.
Install pin (Figure 12, Item 8) to bracket (Figure 12, Item 3).
5.
Install safety pin (Figure 12, Item 6) to pin (Figure 12, Item 8).
6.
Remove lockpin (Figure 12, Item 1) and rotate leveling jack (Figure 12, Item 2) to horizontal position.
7.
Align hole on leveling jack (Figure 12, Item 2) and install lockpin (Figure 12, Item 1) to secure into position.
