Handwheel
Controls the flow of drinking water into or out of the drum.

Coupler Valve
Contains the handwheel and cam arm which are used as operator's
controls.

Adapter Assembly
Contains a check valve that closes when the coupler is removed to
prevent water from leaking out of the drum.

Cam Arm Assembly
Locks or unlocks coupler valve from adapter assembly or filler hose.
