TM 10-4930-204-13c.Disassembly (Model36W50).(1) Remove spring housing assembly (1, fig. 5-15), nuts (2)bolts (35), roller bracket (3), outer side plate (4), and bushing (5).(2) Remove nut (6), washer (7), capscrews (8 and 9), andspacer (10).(3) Remove setscrew (11) and outer flange (12).(4) Remove hub (13) and spacer (14).(5) Disconnect pipe assembly (15) and O-ring (16) fromadapter (18).(6) Remove ball bearings (17) from adapter (18). Removeadapter, bearing (19), and spacer ring (20), from pipe assembly (26).(7) Remove nut (21), washer (22), inner side plate (23) andbolt (24) from inner flange (25).(8) Remove pipe assembly (26) from flange. Remove key (27)from pipe.(9) Remove cotter pin (28) and bearing retainer (29) frompipe (15).(10) Remove cotter pin (30), washer (31), pawl (32), pawlstud (33), and self-locking nut (34).d.Cleaning, Inspection, andRepair(AllModels).Drycleaning solvent normally has a flash pointof either 100 or 138 degrees F, depending on thetype being used, but may flash at much lower tem-peratures if contaminated with gasoline or jetfuel.Avoid repeated and prolonged skin contact.Do not use near open flame or excessive heat.(1) Clean parts with drycleaning solvent (item 1, App. F)and dry thoroughly.(2) Inspectand other damage.(3) Inspect(4) Inspectspring housing for cracks, breaks, distortionreel for dents or distortion.ratchet wheel for damage or defects.5-32
