Disconnect site power
All circuit breakers set to OFF
Tank empty
REPLACE
Replace the Pump (9-1-0150-1 and 9-1-0150-2)
WARNING
Ensure that the SEP has been thoroughly cleaned with chlorine
solution and rinsed prior to any inspection or service to the interior.
Failure to do so may result in serious injury or death to personnel.
1. Remove tank lid.
2. Remove the eyebolt (1) from the cross brace (2).
3. Remove the cross brace (2) and spacer (3).
4. Disconnect the internal discharge hose (4) from the pump discharge.
5. Loosen the power cord tank bushing.
WARNING
The site power must be disconnected before proceeding further.
Touching a live wire can cause serious injury or death to personnel.
6. Disconnect and tag the power cord leads (5) from the contactor.
7. Remove the pump (6) from the SEP (7).
