REMOVAL. Refer to Figure 6-20.
a. Remove starter pulley (1) by removing three bolts (2).
b. Brace the flywheel (5) to prevent the flywheel from turning while loosening the flywheel nut ,3) by Inserting a pry
bar through a hole In the flywheel into the depression in the crankcase
c. Remove flywheel end nut (3) and washer (4) from crankshaft (6).
