REMOVAL:
1.
Rotate crankshaft until the A mark (1) on accessory
drive pulley (2) is aligned with pointer (3) on gear
cover.
2.
Remove nut (4) and key (5).
3.
Use standard wheel puller to remove accessory drive
pulley (2).
CAUTION
Copper jaws must be used in the vise to
prevent damage to the pulley.
4.
Put accessory drive pulley (2) into vise.
