The radial clearance (difference between above

be 0.0014 to 0.0045 inch (0.035 to 0.114 mm)
or for worn parts a maximum of 0.0079 inch
(0.200 mm). Replace bearing journal or bearing
as needed to restore tolerance.

inch (0.200 mm), the camshaft and/or crank-
case must be replaced. If camshaft rear journal
diameter is within its specified limits, replace
the crankcase in accordance with paragraph
6-20. If camshaft rear journal is worn and out-
side its specified limits, replace the camshaft.
