Install mounting plate (Figure 13, Item 10) on flatrack (Figure 13, Item 5) with 2 studs (Figure 13, Item 9),
springs (Figure 13, Item 8), washers (Figure 13, Item 7), and four locknuts (Figure 13, Item 6).

Repeat Steps (6) and (7) for remaining studs.

Using air lifting bag, lift flatrack (Figure 14, Item 5) and remove wood blocks.
