Remove radiator cap (Figure 1, Item 2).

Position drain pan under drain cock (Figure 2, Item 4).

Open drain cock (Figure 2, Item 4) and allow coolant to drain.
6.
Close drain cock (Figure 2, Item 4) after coolant stops draining.

FILL
1.
Prepare 14 quarts of coolant mixture. Mixture is 60% antifreeze to 40% water.
NOTE
Cooling system capacity is 14 quart of antifreeze mix.
2.
Fill radiator (Figure 3, Item 5) with coolant until full.
