Is water hose pinched, damaged, or kinked?
DECISION
No - Go to step 3. (Step 3 - Is water hose nozzle plugged with debris?)
Yes - If capable, remove kink and/or pinch . Replace hose reel if necessary. (WP 0202) Verify problem is
solved. (Step 4 - Does water hose operate?)

Visually inspect hose reel nozzle for debris.
