Use jacking handle (Figure 21, Item 3), slowly rotate release valve (Figure 21, Item 5) counterclockwise to
lower PAC until jack (Figure 21, Item 4) is clear of spring mounting plate of axle (Figure 21, Item 2) and
wheel assembly (Figure 21, Item 6) is completely on ground.
