ERRATIC POWER OUTPUT AT AC RECEPTACLES - WELDER/GENERATOR
SYMPTOM
Erratic power output at AC receptacles.
MALFUNCTION
Fuel level low.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Check fuel level (Volume 1, WP 0043).
a.
If fuel level gauge on display reads two or less bars, fill fuel tank to a minimum of three
bars (Volume 1, WP 0043).
b.
If fuel level gauge on display reads three or more bars, proceed to next MALFUNCTION -
Air filter dirty or restricted.
MALFUNCTION
Air filter dirty or restricted.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Verify air filter is clean and free of restriction (WP 0212).
a.
If restricted, remove restriction. Verify if engine starts (Volume 1, WP 0045).
b.
If dirty, clean air filter (WP 0212). Verify if engine starts (Volume 1, WP 0045).
c.
If not restricted or dirty, notify maintenance.
