TROUBLESHOOTING PROCEDURE
LOW OR NO FLOW FROM PUMP DISCHARGE - GROUTER
SYMPTOM
Output of grouter mix is weak or does not discharge at all.
MALFUNCTION
Mixture level in tank low.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Verify if mixture level in tank is low.
a.
If mixture level is low, add more mixture. Verify if discharge from grouter output is normal
(Volume 1, WP 0040).
b.
If mixture level is not low, proceed to next MALFUNCTION - Engine RPM set too low.
