ENGINE STARTS BUT RUNS IRREGULARLY OR FAILS - GROUTER
SYMPTOM
Engine RPM at idle and/or under load fluctuates, or engine stalls.
MALFUNCTION
Engine RPM set too low.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
NOTE
Under load, increased RPM may be required to maintain proper and smooth
engine operation.
1.
Start engine (Volume 1, WP 0040).
2.
Using THROTTLE CONTROL switch, raise RPM and verify if engine operation returns to
normal (Volume 1, WP 0040) (Figure 1).
