If fuel level is low, fill to adequate level with proper fuel (Volume 1, WP 0038). Verify if
engine starts (Volume 1, WP 0040).
b.
If fuel level is adequate for operation, proceed to next MALFUNCTION - Battery cables
and/or terminals loose, damaged, or corroded.
