TROUBLESHOOTING PROCEDURE
VEHICLE SHIMMIES OR PULLS TO ONE SIDE - WWSV
SYMPTOM
Vehicle has poor handling.
MALFUNCTION
Low tire pressure and/or damaged tires.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Check tire pressure and inspect tires for damage (WP 0199).
a.
If not within specification, adjust tire pressure within specification (WP 0205).
b.
If tires are damaged, replace tires (WP 0206).
c.
If tires are not damaged and tire pressures are within specifications, proceed to next
MALFUNCTION - Drivetrain in all wheel drive mode.
MALFUNCTION
Drivetrain is in all wheel drive mode.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Verify if drivetrain is in all wheel drive mode (Volume 1, WP 0013).
a.
If drivetrain is in all wheel drive mode, place in rear wheel drive mode and verify if steering
returns to normal (Volume 1, WP 0013).
b.
If drivetrain is in rear wheel drive mode, proceed to next MALFUNCTION - Lugnuts loose,
missing, and/or damaged.
