a.
If battery voltage is less than 11 volts, attempt to slave start engine using NATO slave
receptacle (Volume 1, WP 0066). If engine starts, allow batteries to charge by running
engine for 20 minutes. Problem solved.
b.
If battery voltage is 11 volts or greater but engine does not start, notify maintenance.
