GROUNDING ROD/CLAMP INSTALLATION - Continued
WARNING
The Water Well Drilling System presents numerous falling hazards. Use care when
working on top of equipment. Failure to comply may result in injury or death to personnel.
Seek medical attention in the event of an injury.
2.
Pull grounding clamp (Figure 1, Item 3) from retractor (Figure 1, Item 2).
3.
Attach grounding clamp (Figure 1, Item 3) to grounding rod (Figure 1, Item 1).

GROUNDING ROD/CLAMP REMOVAL
1.
Remove grounding clamp (Figure 1, Item 3) from grounding rod (Figure 1, Item 1).

Allow grounding clamp (Figure 1, Item 3) to reel in to retractor (Figure 1, Item 2).

Remove grounding rod (Figure 1, Item 1) from the ground.
