b. Loosen and remove exhaust manifold elbow (figure 3, item 1) mounting nuts (figure 3, item 2)
(quantity 4).

Remove exhaust manifold elbow (figure 3, item 1) and elbow gasket (figure 3, item 3).
d. Loosen and remove exhaust manifold mounting nuts (figure 3, item 4) (quantity 2).
e. Loosen and remove exhaust manifold mounting bolts (figure 3, item 5) (quantity 2).
f.
Remove exhaust manifold (figure 3, item 6) and gasket (figure 3, item 7).
g. Clean mating surfaces of exhaust manifold and engine with a clean, lint free cloth.
