Avoid repeated andprolonged breathing of vapors and skin contact with theliquid. Do not use near open flame, arcing equipment, orother ignition sources. Always wear eye protection andprotective clothing. The flash point of P-D-68° is 100°Fto 138°F (38°C to 59°C).Death or serious injury could occur if compressed air isdirected against the skin. Do not use compressed air forcleaning or drying unless the pressure is/has been reducedto 30 psi (2.06 bar) or less. When working withcompressed air always use chip guards, eye protection,and other personal equipment.Clean with solvent and dry with compressed air.INSPECTION:1Inspect pump housing assembly for rust, corrosion, cracks or other damage. Replace pump housing assemblyif damaged.2Inspect threaded holes for damage to threaded inserts (8). If threads are damaged, notify direct supportmaintenance.INSTALLATION:1Install eight screws (6) and flat washers (7) ininserts (8) in pump housing assembly (5). Tightenevenly in an alternating pattern to 50 inch-pounds.2Install screws (1) through pump assembly (5) legsand mounting brackets on frame assembly, andsecure with nuts (2), new lock washers (3) and flatwashers (4).4-13
