Removal and Disassembly. (figure 5-1.)
(1) Remove pump drain plug (1) and drain into suitable container.
(2) Remove nuts (2) and washers (3) and remove volute (4) and O-Ring(5).

(4) Remove impeller (8) by unscrewing counterclockwise
units, hold armature shaft stationary with screwdriver in slot)
(5) Remove shims (9) screws (10) and wear plate (11).

(7) Extract four screws (14) and compression inserts (15),
