Ifrepeatedly exposed to fumes, seek fresh air and immediate medical help. Avoid prolongedexposure of skin to solvent. Wash exposed skin immediately and thoroughly. Compressed airused for cleaning shall not exceed 100 psi (690 kPa). Use goggles or face shield for eyeprotection. Do not direct airstream against skin.CAUTIONDo not attempt to clean an oil cooler core which has been in contact with oil containing metalparticles from worn or broken engine parts. Engine damage may occur. Replace the oil coolercore.4.Oil coolerTo remove carbon and sludge, circulate P-D-680coredry cleaning solvent through oil passages. Thor-oughly dry oil passages with compressed air. Cleancore exterior with dry cleaning solvent and drywith compressed air. Then circulate clean waterthrough core passages. Dry core passages withcompressed air until all water evaporates.5.Oil coolerClean housing thoroughly with P-D-680 dryhousingcleaning solvent and dry with compressed air.Then flush thoroughly with clean water.
