1-10. IDENTIFICATION
The diaphragm pump has two identification plates, as
follows:
a.
Operating procedure plate. The operating
procedure plate is located on the coupling guard. It
provides lubrication points with type of lubricant and
illustrates tiedown slinging provisions.
b.
Identification plate. The identification plate
is located on the coupling guard. It provides the pump
nomenclature, national stock number, pump and engine
serial numbers, contract number, weight, and
dimension.
