(2) Position wear plate on pump and secure with the wear plate retaining screws. Install shims as required to
maintain wear plate-to-impeller clearance of 0.010-0.015 in.
(3) Loosen peeler adjustment setscrew. Position impeller on shaft adapter with the adapter key. Adjust
setscrew to obtain peeler-to-impeller clearance of 0.005-0.015 in. Secure impeller with impeller cap screw.
