CORRECTIVE ACTION - Continued
WARNING
Do not direct compressed air towards yourself or others. Wear goggles or
safety glasses, hearing protection, and protective clothing when working
around compressed air systems or equipment. Failure to comply may result
in injury or death to personnel. Seek medical attention in the event of an
injury.
a.
If radiator is restricted or excessively dirty, remove obstruction and/or clean with low
pressure compressed air, water, and/or degreaser. Start engine (Volume 1, WP 0040) and
verify if high temperature LED status indicator goes out and engine operating temperature
returns to normal.
b.
If engine cooling fan has broken fan blades or is otherwise unserviceable, notify
maintenance.
c.
If engine cooling fan belt is broken or visibly loose, notify maintenance.
d.
If radiator is clean, and engine cooling fan and fan belt are serviceable, proceed to next

CORRECTIVE ACTION
Verify if ambient temperature where grouter is operating is greater than 115F (46C).
a.
If ambient temperature is greater than 115F (46C), wait until ambient temperature is less
than 115F (46C). Start engine and verify if engine operating temperature returns to
normal (Volume 1, WP 0040).
b.
If ambient temperature is less than 115F (46C), notify maintenance.
