REPAIR
a.
Repair cracks or breaks by welding. Refer to TM 9-237. Material is 6061 aluminum.
b.
Treat and paint surface in accordance with TM 43-0139.
ASSEMBLY
a.
Position bracket (5) on frame (6).
b.
Install screws (4), flat washers (3), lockwashers (2) and nuts (1).
c.
Refer to paragraph 5-4 and install pump/motor.
d.
Refer to paragraph 4-12 and install junction box.
e.
Refer to paragraph 4-13 and installEMD pump assembly.
