Replace Check Valve (9-1-0527)
WARNING
Ensure the SEP has been thoroughly cleaned with chlorine solution
and rinsed prior to any inspection or service to the interior. Failure
to do so may result in serious illness or death to personnel.
1. Remove access panel.
2. Loosen check valve unions (1) and remove check valve (2).
3. Manually verify that replacement check valve (2) is operating freely by turning check valve over and
observing movement of valve ball.
NOTE
Ensure that the check valve is installed in the correct direction, as
indicated on the valve body.
4.
Install check valve (2) and secure with unions (1) hand tight.
