PMCS PROCEDURES (Continued)
Equipment is allowable with minor oil leakages (Class I or II). Of
course, you must consider the fluid capacity in the Item/system being
checked/inspected. When in doubt, notify your supervisor.
When operating with Class I or Class II oil leaks, continue to check
fluid levels as required In your PMCS.
All fuel leaks and Class II oil leaks should be reported to your
supervisor or unit maintenance.

NOTE
If the equipment must be kept in continuous operation, check and
service only those items that can be checked and serviced without
disturbing operation. Make the complete checks and services when
the equipment can be shut down.
Perform weekly as well as before operation PMCS if:
(1) You are the assigned operator and have not operated
the item since the last weekly.
(2) You are operating the item for the first time.
Within designated interval, these checks are to be
performed in the order listed.

Frame Assembly and Warning Plates
Cracks are detected,
or engine is loose.
Check attaching hardware used to mount components
of centrifugal pump unit. Attaching hardware shall
be tight and free of corrosion and damage. Components
of pump attached directly to frame (1) are:
