INTRODUCTION E.1 SCOPE This appendix lists expendable and durable items that you will need to maintain the 350 Gallon Per Minute (GPM) pump. This listing is for informational purposes only and is not authority to requisition the listed items. These items are authorized to you by CTA 50-970, expendable items (except medical, class V repair parts, and Heraldic Items). E.2 EXPLANATION OF COLUMNS E.2.1 Column (1) - Item Number. referencing when required. E.2.2 Column (2) - Level. This requires the listed item. This number is assigned to the entry in the listing column identifies the lowest level of maintenance that C - Operator/Crew O - Unit Maintenance F - Direct Support Maintenance H - General Support Maintenance E.2.3 Column (3) - National Stock Number. This is the national stock number assigned to the item; use it to request or requisition the item. E.2.4 COIumn (4) - Description. Indicates description to identify the item. The Commercial and Government Entity Code number. the federal item name and, if required, a last line for each item indicates the (CAGEC) parentheses followed by the part E.2.5 Column (5) - Unit of Measure (UM)/Unit of Issue (UI). This measure is expressed by a two character alphabetical abbreviation (eg., EA, IN, PR). If the unit of measure differs from the unit of issue as shown in the Army Master Data File (AMDF) requisition the lowest unit of issue that will satisfy your requirements. E-1
