E.2.1 Column (1) - Item Number.

(CAGEC) parentheses followed by the part
E.2.5 Column (5) - Unit of Measure (UM)/Unit of Issue (UI).
This measure is expressed by a
two character alphabetical abbreviation (eg., EA, IN, PR).
If the unit of measure
differs from the unit of issue as shown in the Army Master Data File (AMDF)
requisition the lowest unit of issue that will satisfy your requirements.
