This column identifies the lowest level of maintenance that requires the listed item.C - Operator/CrewO – Unit MaintenanceF – Direct Support MaintenanceH – General Support MaintenanceColumn (3) — National Stock Number. This is the stock number assigned to the item; use it to requestor requisition the item.Column (4) — Description. Indicates the Federal item name and, if required, a description to identify theitem. The last line of each item indicates the part number followed by Federal Supply Code for Manufacturer(FSCM) in parentheses.Column (5) — Unit of Measure (U/M).
