NOTES:
1. For operation of equipment in protracted cold temperature below -10 F (23 C). Remove lubricant prescribed in the
Key for temperatures above -10 F (-23 C). Clean all parts with dry cleaning solvent. Relubricate with lubricants specified
in the Key for temperatures below -10 F (-23 C).
2. ENGINE CRANKCASE. Drain oil after the equipment has been operated and the engine has cooled down where is
warm to the touch. To drain, remove plug in bottom of crankcase sump. Clean and install plug using new copper seal.
Remove filler cap, fill sump with one qt. (0.94 L) of oil OE/HDO to bring level FULL mark on dipstick. On new or
overhauled engines, drain oil after 50 hours of operation. Reservice crankcase.
3. FUEL FILTER. Loosen clamps and detach fuel hoses at both ends of fuel filter. Replace filter. Pay attention to
direction of fuel flow arrow. Connect fuel hoses and tighten clamps.
4. OIL CAN POINTS. Every 50 hours, clean and lightly oil access door hinges.
