Intervals and the related work-hour times are based on normal operation. The work-hour time specified is the time you
need to do all the services prescribed for a particular interval. Change the interval if your lubricants are contaminated or if
you are operating the equipment under adverse operating conditions, including longer-than-usual operating hours. You
may extend the interval during periods of low activity, but you must take adequate preservation precautions.
For equipment under manufacturer's warranty, hard time oil service intervals shall be followed. Intervals shall be shortened
if lubricants are known to be contaminated or if operation is under adverse conditions (such as longer than usual operating
hours, extended idling periods, extreme dust).
Ensure centrifugal pump unit is level before checking oil levels.
Lubricate immediately after fording, or as soon after unit movement permits. Dry equipment before lubricating.
Clean fittings before lubricating. Clean all parts with dry cleaning solvent. Dry fitting before lubricating.
Level of maintenance. The lowest level of maintenance authorized to lubricate a point is indicated by one of the following
symbols as appropriate: Operator/Crew (C); and Unit Maintenance (0).
Copy of this Lubrication Order will remain with the equipment at all times: instructions contained herein are mandatory.
WARNINGS:
1. Solvent may cause toxic fumes. To prevent personal injury, work only in well-ventilated area. DO NOT breath fumes
for along period of time.
2. Solvent is flammable. To prevent fire or explosion, DO NOT bring open flame or sparks near solvent.
